Grant Faulkner

Director
Grant founded HARSH Ltd in 1987, following a trip to the USA studying tipper stability for his engineering degree. Realising the UK had a major problem with the safety of tipper trucks, Grant spotted an opportunity to bring the world’s most stable tipping hoist from Bud HARSH in Eaton, Colorado. Still, today, the stabilized underfloor is most stable and safest method of tipping in the world.
Grant is actively involved in the strategic direction of the business, along with focusing on our agricultural product offerings. Bringing him full circle back to his early family years, rooted in the agricultural sector. He is now often seen around the local agriculture shows, talking and sharing stories with customers.
Once a keen and successful Grasstrack racer, Grant now divides his time between his family home in the country and his love for Robin Hood’s Bay, near Whitby. He spends hours mackerel fishing, donating his catch to the local pub for dinner menu specials.
